International Law Commission (ILC)

The International Law Commission (ILC) will be an Intermediate committee at LIMUN 2024, within the “Protecting the Global Justice Infrastructure” cluster. The items on the agenda will be:

• The prosecution and repression of naval warfare and piracy

• Attributing states’ responsibility for the conduct of non-state actors
