The International Court of Justice (ICJ) will be an Advanced committee at LIMUN 2024, within the “Protecting the Global Justice Infrastructure” cluster. The items on the agenda will be:

• Accordance with international law of the unilateral declaration of independence in respect of Kosovo (Serbia v. Authors of the Declaration of Kosovo Independence)
