United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS)

The United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS) will be an Intermediate committee at LIMUN 2024, within the “Reflecting on the Mechanisms of Multilateralism” cluster. The items on the agenda will be:

• Reassessing Space Traffic Management: Orbit Congestion, Rendez-vous and Proximity Operations

• Building an international response to the impact of near-earth objects (NEOs)
