Committees and Topics
Our chairs have been working very hard to develop excellent topics and study guides which will facilitate a fantastic experience for all delegates. The topics have already been announced and can be viewed by going to our committee list page. Study Guides are completed and are available on the committee pages.
Due to overwhelming demand in previous years, we are delighted to announce that we will be holding a social on the Saturday evening held from 18:00 to 21:00 in the Bush House Campus.
This will be a fantastic chance to relax at the end of a long day of debate, discussion and negotiation, as well as a fantastic chance to make friends with people from across oceans and borders. We will be providing drinks and snacks, as well as a DJ so that all delegates can enjoy themselves.
The Fourth Edition of LIMUN:HS is being generously hosted by King's College London, in their fantastic Bush House Campus Building. This will provide an excellent central location for our conference, in the heart of the city, and will undoubtedly serve as excellent inspiration for all delegates with its view of the Houses of Parliament down the river.
The venue is easily accessible by bus, train and taxi. The nearest tube stations are Temple (Circle and District Lines), Holborn (Central and Piccadilly Lines) and Charing Cross (Bakerloo, Northern and National Rail). The 1, 168, 171, 243, 6, 68 and 9 buses all stop near the campus. More information on transport can be found via the King's College London website.
We charge a flat delegate fee of £25.00; however, those who are eligible for free school meals have a reduced delegate fee of £5.00.
The delegate fee covers your attendance at LIMUN:HS, basic items including pens and notepaper, lunch on both days of the conference, as well as a social on the Saturday evening of the conference.
If you have any questions about payments, please get in touch with Fariha Baba, the USG-Finance, on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an accomodation packages for delegates; however, we can provide a list of sample options which have been eminently suitable in past years for delegations. Please see the attached list here for sample accommodation options.
All participants will be required to supply a copy of our Terms and Conditions for Minors, signed by a parent or legal guardian, to be returned by email (by 16 November) or in person at the conference registration desk on 23 November.
Questions are welcome to LIMUN:HS Enquiries.
